1. Services:
All services are non-refundable. If dissatisfied, contact us within five days, and we will make every effort to meet your expectations.
2. Deposits:
All deposits, online or in-store, are non-refundable and applied to the original booking only. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be used for future bookings.
3. Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment result in deposit loss.
Non-arrival without notice will result in deposit loss.
4. Rescheduling:
Requests to reschedule less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be accepted, resulting in deposit loss.
Patch Test Requirement:
- Reservations made where a patch test is required but not received 48 hours before your treatment will result in cancellation and cancellation fees.
MINORS: Treatment age from 16, and aesthetics 18.
